Rotten Food Found in Raids on Jadeja’s Restaurant
Team India’s all rounder Ravindra Jadeja’s restaurant ‘Jaddu’s Food Field’ in Rajkot, Gujarat has once again hit headlines for wrong reasons.

When the restaurant was reportedly raided by the Health Department officials of Rajkot Municipal Corporation on Friday, large quantities of rotten and stale food items weighing around 75 kg were found. The officials destroyed all those inedible food items.

The health inspectors found boiled food preserved for long period, large quantity of bread with fungus, food items without mention of expiry date, certain items that had crossed expiry date, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food stored together, and rotten vegetables at Jaddu’s Food Field.

The restaurant has been served four days’ notice to adhere to hygiene standards. Even though the eatery runs on Jadeja’s name, it is is taken care of by his sister as the cricketer stays very busy with the sport.
