Uddhav Thackeray, CM Maharashtra, condemned police crackdown on students at Jamia Millia University during protests against citizenship law, saying the incident reminded him of "Jallianwala Bagh"one of the worst massacres of India's independence movement.
This reminds me of what Britishers did at Jallianwala Bagh i.e. killing unarmed peaceful protestors.
100 years before there was General Dyer & there was Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, He said defending his actions in Jallianwala Bagh
"I fired and continued to fire until the crowd dispersed, and I consider this is the least amount of firing which would produce the necessary moral and widespread effect it was my duty to produce if I was to justify my action"
Shame on all those who voted these fascists.
My condolences to the poor family!
